I remember hearing about Holden when everything 1st came to light when he was a newborn. I have thought of that sweet amazing child several times throughout the years and have wondered how he was. Fast forward to today (07/05/2011) and I’m browsing a friend’s Facebook site and wow! There’s Holden’s adorable face! It is so awesome to see that he has a loving, amazing family that loves him as much as you guys do. God is truely going to bless every single one of you. I now have a son of my own and couldn’t imagine him being in any pain the way Holden has had to endure. His sweet smile almost brings me to tears because he seems to be just such an amazing little man. In honor of my son and our family, we’ll be donating as often as we can. I have been looking for a charity that my family can help that is local, and Holden’s cause seems like the perfect one. We live in Beaumont, so if there is anything you ever need us to do, consider us a willing volunteer for the job.

I am presenting the information to the Community Board with the company I work for in Lake Charles to see about getting some volunteers for the benefit and weekend of the benefit.

I had the wonderful blessing of meeting Holden yesterday and wow he does steal your heart. I will share his story with anyone and everyone who will listen. I was touched in a way that I can’t explain. I have four children two which are boys and I know that the hard part is yet to come.
